{Places} Ohrid, Macedonia

Get ready to feast your eyes on some images of the pearl of Macedonia, the beautiful city of Ohrid. This was the final destination of my European trip and is also my birthplace. This summer I discovered so much deep beauty in this country. I have been there many times before, but have never seen it in this light. This city, among many other cities, towns, and villages are undiscovered gems in the Balkan region.

The skies are pure art. Clouds decorate the sky as well as bring perfect harmony between the mountains and the water. The flowers that are overflowing from balconies across the city give an unforgettable burst of character and the colorful boats give Lake Ohrid its unique look. Those are just some of the things that make Ohrid such an awesome place.
